During Indian Standard Time business hours (9:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST), we typically respond within one to three hours. Outside these hours, we respond the following morning. If your message is urgent, calling is faster than WhatsApp. We do not have a 24-hour support system we are a school, not a corporate helpdesk, and we respond personally and thoughtfully rather than instantly and formulaically.
We strongly prefer that students contact us before arriving. Our classes are small by design if we are at capacity for a particular time slot, we cannot accommodate additional students without reducing the quality of instruction. Reaching out before you arrive ensures there is space for you, allows the teacher to know your experience level before the class begins, and avoids disappointment if the class you had in mind is full. A brief WhatsApp message before arrival is all that is needed.
We do not offer free trial classes as a standard marketing practice. Our approach is different: we have a genuine conversation with potential students before they join any class, to understand what they are looking for and to ensure that what we offer is genuinely appropriate for them. This conversation honest, direct, unhurried is a better indicator of fit than a trial class that may not represent our typical teaching.
